Growth at SAMHSA
The SeKON SAMHSA team has had many exciting changes in the last few months. SAMHSA hired a new Contracting Officer Representative (COR) who has been more involved in the planning process and attended all the team Agile Scrum ceremonies which has helped consolidate meetings. This is especially important as we work toward updating from Drupal 8 to Drupal 9 during this fiscal year, a task that involves moving to the USWDS theme system and cleaning up many aspects of the site to be leaner and more efficient.
We have also recently welcomed Ali Syed, Lisa Mayo, and Michelle Southerland-Frazer to our team as new SeKON Drupal developers. They have all been a boon to productivity and have contributed greatly to our continued success by leading tasks such as the theme migration, creating new features, and guiding the developers.
