Our SeKON teams in Atlanta connect through virtual meetings. RingCentral, Zoom and Skype have become our new office, and our Atlanta teams are going the extra mile to connect via All-Hands meetings and Meet & Greets. Each meeting covers general announcements, project overviews/status, a learning topic and the best part, a contest! Each meeting has a theme. Past themes include Hat Day, Sports Fan day, Best Virtual Background day, Trivia day, T-shirt Day and our favorite, Thank a Teammate Day. The teams vote on winners who receive a $10 gift card for a local restaurant or amazon card. We’ve enjoyed our meetings as a way to keep in touch with other projects and teammates while also learning a lot about each other we didn’t know before! Did you know we have a former pro-football player (Charlie Walker), and a former pro-hockey league announcer (Dennis McIntosh) on our team?
