Dear Friends and Colleagues,
As we move into fall, I trust that all of you have had a good summer enjoying yourself and time with your family and friends.
Your work performance has been exemplary. The quality of your work has propelled SeKON’s growth to new heights. I’m very pleased and grateful, yet not surprised. Thank you!
I’ve concluded that the pandemic has created a “new industrial revolution” for the workplace. The “butts in seats” metric is gone forever. We have learned that remote work doesn’t pose a threat to productivity; in fact, remote work actually makes us more productive. We realize as our government clients are coming to recognize that a hybrid format is here, ready or not.
We’re ready and intend to lead the way.
During the pandemic, most of us have experienced a renewed appreciation for our relationships and bonds with other people. With that understanding, I envision the SeKON hybrid model as a “watering hole” concept. Our “watering hole” will be where you come to a location as needed for consultation, socialization, collaboration and enjoyment with your colleagues and teams. Work nourishment if you will. I believe that this combination will reduce tech exhaustion, promote team unity, and maintain our high-level performance. The result will be a healthier, happier, more productive team.
