Quality Corner: Certifying Our Capabilities
After several months of hard work, we are nearing the finish line! On Monday 12/28/20, our external auditor completed the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) audit, and we hope to add one more certification to SeKON’s list. We have implemented an ISO 9001 quality management system which is a set of standards that helps organizations ensure they meet customer and other stakeholder needs. This new certification will provide SeKON with added value in bidding on new proposals that are scheduled for 2021. In addition, ISO provides quality processes and documentation which benefit our service delivery and customer satisfaction. The SeKON corporate team has worked to create a quality system with a focus on process improvement, customer satisfaction, and many other attributes that are too many to mention. When we roll this out to all programs, we will provide training and provide more details. Stay tuned. 2021 will be an exciting year!
